Economic Development with two Bulls

It was almost a year back when I depicted how a poor student fails in exam although the sitting arrangement was between two of the top ten students. The reasons were: neither the student had the ability to copy the same answers nor had the ability to customize the answer as per the need. It is absolutely a pity as no friend will keep telling you answer during the whole exam, rather it is oneself who has to decide as soon as possible if she can make efficient strategies not only to pass the exams but also to set standards of own. Old age is a vital event of human life. Even though it comes enriched with loads of hard earned experience and expertise, it is not cherished like childhood. Government policies along with social practices treat old-age people as liabilities and in doing so undermine the potentials they possess to contribute in the progress of their families, organizations and the nation. Reforms at the policy level, in execution of the policies by state agencies, in human resource management policies of organizations and in the attitude of society and family members towards the dignified utilization and management of old-aged population are important for establishing a socially and economically active population equilibrium.
